Lushai has some of New Zealand’s most experienced user experience designers. We think user experience design is important, we think getting it right is hard, and we take it seriously. Service Design

Lushai helps identify the touchpoints where people experience an organisation. We discover what this experience is and help design how each touchpoint should work for a great customer experience. We help align the overall external customer journey with an organisation’s internal reality to create ambitious, practical service designs.

Our service design offering combines almost all of our other capabilities, from helping you define your goals and vision (research and strategy) to prototyping and testing design concepts (usability testing and prototyping) to final detailed design specifications.

We are particularly proud of our ability to work inside complex organisations, balancing strategic ambitions with internal realities.
